Nonsense service at Lion King Northgate Mall

Hungry lion Northgate is the worst fast food restaurant I have experienced so far. Their service delivery is ***. You order food and waiting time is usually 20 to 25 mins after waiting in the queue for 10 to 15 mins. One person is serving on the till and, collecting and giving customers their orders as well. At the same time also checking if the ice cream machine is working, which I observed has been acting funny for a while now. And for a newly established outlet this is really under par performance.

Just this morning arrived at the restaurant at 10:53am for their morning magic which ends at 11am. Now the till operator is busy as usual on the till, running around checking, packing and giving customers their orders. Now because of that delay I finnaly get to the till at 11:01am and guy tells me the its now 11am and I cannot order the promo when I have been in the queue for almost 10mins. I guess this is where my time being their customer ends. Such an unorganized fast restaurant. Try it you are blessed with patience
