NO WAY TO HUNGRY LION AND THIS AT A NEW BRANCH

Please explain this. A transaction taken from my bank on 30/4/2026 which was actually swiped for on 28/3/2026. You took the last money out of my bank, money that was there for petrol. WHY did you take it 1 month later.

HOW FAIR IS THIS!! HOW LEGITATE ARE YOU.

I reviewed transaction history and confirmed that the transaction was a card-and-PIN purchase made at a point-of-sale device on 28/03/2026 at 09:05:42. The merchant did not submit the authorisation in time, which resulted in the authorisation expiring. However, the merchant later debited the amount successfully on 30/04/2026.

This is not right.. IS THIS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. R340 later..
