No strips for 20 minutes!!

I like the chicken strips at Hungry Lion, but I was so disappointed yesterday when around 17h45 I walked in the store and ordered chicken strips and was told I had to wait for 20 minutes! I saw 2 other customers walkout due to this inconvenience!!! Please do better and have the strips ready from 5pm as per your adverti*****t.
