No customer service

Im realy GATVOL for hungry lion in Caledon. Its a brand new store but the service is up to ****. They always open late and then you wait 30 to 40 minutes for your order, and when you get to work or home there is something short. This is not the way to do business and especially not a new shop. And when you phone the customer care line, there is never answer or they can not hear you.
