NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a terrible experience at Hungry Lion Long Street ( The new branch that opened recently) not only did I wait an hour for food , when I asked when my order will be ready the staff flat ignored me , was extremely rude in the manner of speaking and threw the bag that contained the food at me , when I requested to speak to the manager , the manager was unavailable to speak at that moment.

Not only was the service poor , the food was not appetising at all , the chips were not crispy and very oily the chicken looked as if someone stood on it! Flat!

I have never experienced such terrible service at a fast food restaurant and it's not acceptable. I would like this investigated and action taken !!!
