mixed up order

I'm very disappointed and angry

it seems like there was mix-up order

I have ordered from hungry lion on uber eats.

The driver by the name of Chris, arrived and asked if I have ordered pizza from romans, I told him that I have ordered hungry lion and Chris left without delivering the correct food. Despite not completing the delivery, Chris confirmed the trip as completed

I was charged and the order was not delivered

I contacted uber eats chat support and I was told that they have reviewed my order and found out the delivery person attempted to contact me.

The uber chat support said that there are no further actions they will take and will not be responding to my chat
