Missing items from order

I made an order about 30 minutes ago before the store closed .It’s got delivered I’m located in Soweto I made an order from Uber eats Jabulani Mall the order got delivered the driver was early which was nice but when I open my order I was missing 2 pieces of wings missing to be precise they were like five fries in there that they were burnt my chicken was burnt and it had some bit of sauce on it I think is the sticky sauce from the wings that was supposed to be added .The bun was dry and was old there was no sauce in my burger I need a refund because I am very much disappointed with the service and the presentation I need a refund And they are stating that the items are not eligible for a refund ,not sure what is affordable for a refund but I want my money back !!!!
