Left overs

I alway buy food from hungry lion especially in the morning but I keep getting cold and dry food. Today was especially bad. I waited for more than an hour to get my order, only to receive cold food again. When I complained, I was told that the microwave was not working, which means they could not warm it up. This also makes me feel like I was given leftovers, which seems to happen often. I wrote a complaint and even shared proof but I didn’t get any response
