King crunch ridiculousness

Everyday I go to Hungry Lion Gugulethu and even Cape Town Golden Acre and I have to wait 45 minutes everytime for my order. I order a King Crunch everyday and everyday I have to wait this ridiculous time for my order. I really think it's about time that I get compensated by this company for my time and effort. It's called a fast food restaurant for a reason its supposed to be instant food not a dine in. Please improve your service at the places or take the item off your menu. All employees when I asked them why it takes so long they say that it is not popular and results in waste. Then take it off your menu than this ridiculous service. I'm currently into minute 11 of my current 45 minute wait.
