Kenako Mall Hungry Lion trading hours

Im utterly displeased at the misinformation your store in Kenako mall in Port Elizabeth provides as to its trading hours.

On the door it clearly displays from 8 till 19:00.

I arrived at the store at 6:15, a full 45 minutes before closing time and they advise me that they are closed for the day and when I tried to query the hours they placed on the door they gave me no answer but that they cannot serve me.

Im utterly disappointed at this because I drove from Newton park to Zwide just to purchase from this store because whem googled it also advises that they close at 19:00.

Im am also going on hellopeter to express my disappointment in this regard, if the store is closing at 18:00 then do not inform us otherwise, even now the time is 6:30, I am still at the kenako parking lot to show that im still a full 30 mintues early befoee closing time and they are unable to serve me.

I hope this matter is taken into regard because if it is not store policy then Kenako mall hungry lion is taking away a full hour as when I went inside they advised me they close at 6.
