Incorrect order exchanged by incorrect order

I ordered on Uber eats and my order was delivered however it was incorrect, I called the store in Eloff stress they gave me a hustle I ended up going to the store to fix the matter. At the store they gave me run around they claimed it was not their fault by drivers as they gave correct order. Store manager came he was not interested, and the other lady assisted me even thought I ordered 2 Double Big boss but when I check the order it was double munch which it was still not want I ordered.,
