Incorrect order and poor customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service rendered at Hungry Lion, in Kraaifontein. I ordered a hungry lion mix with thigh. However I waited for 30 minutes before I received my order a when I did receive it, I received a breast. When raising this I was ridiculed and told they're busy, I must deal with it.

I'd like immediate steps to be taken for the experience that I had today. Order number 3011 Invoice 4896
