Hungry lion.(Jabulani mall) horrible service
Hungry lion Jabulani mall... HORRID SERVICE.!!
I ordered a burger from Uber eats on 30/10/2023 at 9:15am. Different drivers have been going to the franchise to collect my food as it shows on the app. I call the franchise now cause I'm extremely hungry to find out the progress of my order. Not to be told that they are out of patties. How can a store as huge as them be out of patties and also why accept my order knowing that you won't be able to provide me with my food. I'm now sitting here starving at 10:30am still waiting for my food.
They have inconvenienced both me and the poor Uber eats drivers in this bad rainy weather.

From better to worse... I physically went into the store today to purchase big boy burgers thinking that the process might be quicker if I went into the franchise ( Jabulani mall).
The line Was all the way out the door, most of the customers there were there for the big boy burger. Not only to get to the till to be told that they STILL YET AGAIN do not have fillets. This is so frustrating and disappointing. Such a Huge franchise with so many customers.
I think all your customers from Jabulani should be as upset as I am.
