HUNGRY LION WINGS/ TAX INVOICE *** / 06.09.2023

I bought a bucket of wings from the Parow Centre Store yesterday the 06.09.2023. The bucket was a 30pieces bucket worth R109 and as advertised it was suppose to be served with three free sources, when I got to my destination, to my surprise the sauces were not issued, and they packed 30 flat winglets instead of mixing it with the drumstick shaped wings, they were dry and too crispy we hardly finished that bucket. I called the store today the 07.09.2023 as early as 09:00 this morning and spoke to the store manager, explained to her what exactly happened, she took my details and said she will get back to me, up till now I have not heard from her and they are not taking my calls.

My question is, is it a crime to buy something on special? why must they advertise a different thing from what they issue, I am so disappointed and hurt. this is unfair and I am not happy at all.
