Hungry Lion Strand will not see me again

I'm not one to come rant on the internet, but Hungry Lion in Strand made me come here.

Their service is horrible, the staff does not care. It's the third time amd last time I support that store. I waited 50 minutes for a Spicy Bonanza order, I went three times to collect my order and all they said was it's not ready. I asked for an eta on my order and they ignored me amd carried on chatting like it's a tea party. I went to the sales counter and asked again!! They told me the wings just went in the oven, this is after a 30min wait!

The wings were eventually ready 20min after that. They will never see me there again. The attitudes of the staff has always been bad and their service is even worse. They know that the majority of their customers will not complain, but today I did and they really didn't care.
