Dear Whoever I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and the quality of the wings I recently purchased. I ordered 20 wings, and the product I received was extremely disappointing. The wings were excessively salty,so much so that they caused a burning sensation in my mouth. This level of seasoning is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality control measures app**** to your food products. It is difficult to believe that items of such poor quality were approved for sale to the public. Based on my experience, it appears that insufficient testing or tasting is performed before products are made available to customers. The wings I received were entirely below standard and not fit for consumption.

Given the severity of the issue, I request that this matter be taken seriously and investigated. I would also appreciate feedback on the steps your team will take to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.
