Hungry lion Secunda

I had a very disappointing experience at Hungry Lion in Secunda Mall , MP. I tried to order ice cream, but the sales person refused to sell it to me, claiming the machine wasn’t working — even though I had just seen other customers in front of me order and receive their ice cream.

I went back again, hoping that maybe the issue had been resolved since I could still see people being served ice cream. To my surprise, I was refused again. The sales person even asked the manager, and she also refused — right in front of me.

I felt disrespected and unfairly treated as a customer. It’s very disappointing to experience such inconsistent service and lack of professionalism.
