Hungry lion Protea glen mall smells like poo

Hungry lion protea glen mall. There is water coming out of a wall... yes a wall. Its been there for more than a week. Its smells like poo, toilet. Yet they still continue to sell food. The lady manager there says they have reported the matter but no one came to sort the problem. How do we know the water they using in the kitchen is clean? Sies...hygiene. i want to throw up
