Hungry Lion Pritchard Street

Pritchard Street branch. I was so relieved when i walked in the shop and there was no queue, there was no one mannig the tills either, and 2 employees serving icecream. I waited infront of the till, eventually one lady came, and packed drinks, not a word to me, that time a queue is starting to form behind me. Eventually i greet her and ask to be served, the tells me shes not doing the till and points at someone else. I waited for not less than 8 minutes whilst I can see that the food is ready on display, but theres no one to ring the till. Eventually employee *** (according to slip) comes to serve, no greeting, i greeted her then I said "I accept your apology" she asked what apology, I told her the one she should give me for making me wait she rolled her eyes at me and never apologized just took my order. This kind of behavior is beyond disgusting. Why do customers have to wait even when theres no queues? Why is the staff, particularly this lady so rude? Or is this Hungry Lions way of chasing customers out?
