Hungry Lion Phoenix Plaza does not meet brand standards

I am very disappointed with the Hungry Lion outlet located in the Phoenix Plaza. Since it opened, the ice cream machine has been out of order. This outlet is not meeting brand standards, and it’s frustrating to see ice cream advertised when it’s unavailable. This forces us to travel to another location just to get ice cream for our kids. Why is it so difficult for the owner to fix it? Are children not a priority, or is ice cream no longer part of the menu?
