Hungry Lion Paarl, bad service

I ordered from Hungry Lion, Paarl on Uber Eats. I ordered a Double Big Boss Cheese Burger with Zumba Sauce and Zumba Spice but I received a single Big Boss Cheese Burger with no Zumba sauce or spice. When I called to complain, the manager said I'm lying. I also didn't receive my Granadilla Twist that I ordered.
