Hungry Lion N1 city - Pathetic

Hungry Lion N1 City has the most horrible service ever. They owe me R180 for providing me with two wrong orders. Yes it was delivered through MrD and Uber eats, but when I addressed the issue with them they said I should sort it out with Hungry Lion themselves. I phoned the call centre for Hungry Lion complaints department and spoke with Ntombekhanya. That was 2 weeks ago, still not a single word back from her/them. I have no problems with any other branches only that one. It's actually sad because I really expected better service and friendlier staff.
