Hungry lion N1 city

I've had an very bad experience with the n1 city branch multiple times and Im tired of it now There was a time where I ordered on mr d for collection I collected someone from the back came out and grabbed the food out of my hand and I was told I should sign for it and I was like why must I sign for food that I paid for? Two different orders was placed the one order was in correct yesterday I order food from them the chicken was not nice at all and and the little chips I received was just ridiculous I mean it's money money that I work for it's not like I'm getting it for free I then leave a review on WhatsApp and they call me only to me how sorry they are that sorry is not solving anything it's not bringing back my money
