Hungry Lion Management and Cashiers needs Customer service Training

Had the worst experience at Hungry Lion today.

The cashier was so rude, when I asked her on options available as one of their main screens were off.

When I asked her to change my order, she told me I cant and cleaned her teeth. Her exact words "Why did you not choose that in the first place, no I have to call my manager to remove it"

My husband called the manager as he couldn't believe the service we were getting..the manager just stood there, saying absolutely nothing. No sorry for the experience, nothing.

I am very dissapointed, but not surprised as this is not the first time its happening.

I then decided to take my money and family to go to McDonalds. I will never set foot in that hungry lion again.

My opinion: There are so many people seeking employment, yet we hire people who has no way of speaking to customers, no customer etiquette whatsoever.
