Hungry Lion Keywest

I have been sitting outside Hungry Lion at Keywest shopping centre for the past 30mins , their trading hours are written in bold that they open at 9am , its 10:05 and they are still not open. Why is there no note informing customers that they will open a lot later than what is written in bold on their glass doors. A lot of people have been knocking on their door asking if they are open and the response is no!!

What is going on ??
