Hungry Lion Jabulani Mall, Pathetic customer service.

Hungry Lion Jabulani Mall, Order # 2456. The service at this outlet is pathetic. I placed my order at 10:43 and only received the burger at 11:30. I requested to talk to the manager only to be told that he/she had gone out and none of the employees knew where he/she had gone to. Young and old, we were made to wait for our orders for close to 45 minutes without any explanation nor apology.
