Hungry lion is the worst ever!!!!!!!

Hungry lion in Upington kalahari mall.. I’ve never been more disgusted with the service.. waiting an hour for food and then staff is having a meeting and laughing whilst people is waiting on food. When I asked to speak to a manager she refused to come and speak to me..after an hour I asked a refund they refused and still told me I should wait.. other customers was getting frustrated but still she refused to speak to us.. I regularly buy food there but never ever again!!! I have never been so ****ed off … they don’t value their customers and because it’s not their business they don’t care..
