Hungry lion hard rock chicken

Hungry Lion, in Green Acres mall, After being a customer for months buying weekly, Thursday I did buy 2 - Triple big boss burger on the epic evening special, when I got home both 2 burgers the chicken was rock hard and roar, me and my son could not eat it, I call them the next day I call them twice at the customer care there said there will call back but no one called back the next day after that I called again 3 time and the customer care said that I should go the the Hungry lion with my slip and there will replace my 2 burgers, so I drive all the way to Hungry Lion to speak to the Manger and she said she never got a call, so I called again the customer care while I'm there, after a 30min of waiting the manger come back and say she will only replace a cheese burger, I told her I bought 2- triple big boss burgers and I drove all the way and being **** too, I feel like a fool, and I'm a Angry Lion, I even feel use shouldnt have a Halaal certificate cause of the chicken was Un cook right, I wasted my time, my airtime and my petrol , and no one ever gets back to you, The waste customer service ever
