Hungry lion goodwood is so pathetic in customer service

If it was up to me I wouldn't even give 1 star . This evening I rushed from work to hungry lion to wait for burgers (munch)special. I had to wait 40 min exactly. Because no one there knows how to communicate at all. After placing order I went to another store came back and order was still not done. I'm so angry I had kids waiting at home for food that I paid for and basically had to beg for and please explain for.... You take my order ....I pay....I must please explain as to what I bought as I paid on 2 different slips.... You pick my burgers from under a counter on the floor!!!! I asked y I get told cuz the rolls are gonna get hard!!!! From the floor really...

40 min later I get my order I asked the packer can I please have your managers name and she tells me "The what...the what""" I asked the managers name please and gives me a dirty look instead... They have **** attitudes especially the ladies infront. That is not customer service .

To top it off I get home and it's a half of a fillet dried out and half burnt . Don't know if it was dirty oil that it was so dark.

This is uncalled for and pathetic service from this dam store ... Hungry lion goodwood has gotten worse over time
