Hungry Lion Golden Acre

I have had the worst experience with Hungry Lion Golden Acre today. I have previously bought take aways from them and did not mind waiting on my order however, today I placed and Order at 12:56 and asked the cashier if I can collect my order at 1:30pm as I was heading back to work and will collect it during my lunch. I arrived at 13:45 and my order was not made. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes foyer my order to be made. I have my slip to the lady who calls out the orders and informed her that I am collecting my order. She did not apologize for my order that was not made yet and went about assisting other customers. I can understand that it is December and that the company is busy however the lack of discipline and how nonchalant the agent was after 15 minutes is utterly horrible customer service.!!
