Hungry lion Germiston branch, shoddy service

Hungry lion- Germiston Golden Walk Yesterday, the 5th of March, I bought a big boss meal takeaway, hoping to eat it when I get home. I took a taxi. When I got home, and opened my meal, there was no patty, it was just cheese , lettuce and tomatoes . What is a burger without a patty? How can they make that kind of mistake. I obviously couldn’t take it back because it’s far from where I stay. I was seriously not impressed, and would like them to compensate me.
