Hungry Lion Disguised as KFC

Now I give it a 2 star due to the fact that it's not all Hungry Lion Franchises that's at fault. The issue arises only when it comes to orders placed on either Mr D or Uber Eats, when one spicy that the food flavor is to be hot (Zamba flavor) When the order arrives, not only to you find child size pieces of chicken, you also find that what was ordered is not what you get. I have had to raise my complaint with Mr D numerous times, noting this is not their fault. They raise the issue with the franchise, only for it to happen again. Recent orders I placed through Mr D I opted to change to the Goodwood Hungry Lion, to my disappointment, same issue, I then tried another franchise the Parow Center one, not only did I get plain flavored food, the portions were akin to ordering wings when I ordered a 3 Piece Zamba (spicy). luckily for me Mr D is true to their word that they will refund the order is the food is of poor standards or delivery driver is late. To the Hungry Lion Franchises I say shame in you for trying to fool people knowing we can't come to your branch to complain
