I had one of the worst experiences with Hungry Lion N1 City. My order (#DFD***) was accepted at 18:29 with an estimated arrival between 18:54–19:09. Instead of delivering, they kept me waiting for over an hour only to cancel the order. That’s unacceptable — wasting a customer’s time and leaving me hungry.

Right after that, I placed an order with KFC Parow, and the difference was night and day. KFC accepted my order at 19:57, collected it by 20:02, and had it delivered to my door at 20:13. In just 16 minutes, I had my food. That’s how service should be: fast, reliable, and respectful.

The screenshots show the exact timelines. Hungry Lion needs to seriously improve their reliability, because KFC proved that efficient service is possible. One left me frustrated, the other restored my trust in food delivery.
