Hungry Lion awards false vouchers!

After my previous complaint about Hungry Lion Swellendam, I was awarded a voucher as a gesture of goodwill on Monday, 24 Aug.2026 via sms and email. 1xBig Bite Feast wicode number *** with expiry date 01/09/2026. Today, Sunday, 30 Aug.2026 I went to Hungry Lion N1 City Mall, Goodwood l, Cape Town at 10h24am, to be told the voucher was already redeemed!?! How humiliating! Resolved my complaint-by humiliating me infront of a que full of people! Someone already used that voucher and it was not ME! Hungry Lion use to be my favorite spot but no more!
