Hungry lion Alex poor Service

I placed an order on the counter, then the lady assisting me didn't get the correct order, when I asked her to change it she first said she can't because she will get fired. I then asked her if I should eat what I don't want she was very rude and took her own time to call the manager to void the order, after I received the food the bun was old and the burger was dry
