Hungry Lion Alex mall poor customer service

the is no customer service what's so ever from the shop in Alex mall to the head office itself i sent and complain about customer service to the head office I with no feed back i than called the head office to find out if they received my complain which they confirmed they did but the never bothered to respond acknowledging my email i even sent proof in pictures all I was told was is someone allocated will respond. at Alex mall they say they don't take phone orders which does not make sense so why do they have a business phone.
