Hungry and disappointed customer

Would not recommand Hungry Lion at Upington Kalahari Mall.... This is the 2nd time I have waited 40+ minutes after paying for regular chicken, just to be told I should get a refund because it is now almost closing time and there are only spice chicken..... After waiting specifically for regular chicken! Normally I would go about my day, but this is the 2nd time and the store is not even offically open for 6months... Disappointed 😞
