Hungr Lion Stellenbosch

We went to Hungry Lion Stellenbosch on the 9 September 2023 for the first time ever.What bad customer service we got there.We ordered what we wanted and when we wanted to pay we gave the card than only the cashier said CASH ONLY with a bad attitude.We told her we dont have cash and we want to pay with the card.We asked cant we pay at another till and she said no as the sale cannot be cancelled.Than we insisted to pay by card.Oh,the service than was beyond bad.She then called someone.That person brought a speedpoint machine,also not working.Then they brought another one,than only the payment went through.

Why was there no notice at the till stating its cash only.Why should customer get such behavior from staff when we only want to buy something and pay.They were so arrogant and let us wait very long for our food still taking to each other about us as if we were not there.It is a week later and I am still traumatized.
