Horrible customer service

Today I had the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced at hungry lion thembalethu square george western cape, I went with my friends to go and get lunch after a long queue we were finally assisted when I got my order there was no tomato sauce I than asked from the manager if I could have some he looked at me and bluntly and rudely and said no, after the staff member said there was at the back still the manager told him just say we don't have I than asked again he turned his back on me and left, I asked the staff who the managers name was they said I should go Google it myself.i have never experienced such humiliation at a restaurant like I have had today also when I asked who their area manager was they spoke in a different language and laughed.
