Horrible Customer Service at Hungry Lion Pretoria cbd (Van Der Walt Street)

Had a horrible worst treatment, after a long cold day working went to Hungry Lion at Pretoria cbd Van Der Walt Street bought a Wednesday special bucket of wings was told fair enough that I will have to wait for since 20min time was 16:49 went not came back 40 min later order not out they explained ghetto oven gave them some issues finally orders were out now it's 17:59 they started calling the last orders placed went to the lady who was calling out the orders she went at back the one's who were packing food said "yeah let her wait... it'll come" I asked for refund they said no it's coming now they continue with their ****pie service of calling distributing orders that came last, calmly I told the lady I asked for refund she said calmly it's coming she took my slip at the back eventually at 18:40 was called for refund, staff is rude and disrespectful they made wait for refund. This is very bad service, no apologies
