Horrible customer service at Hungry Lion Bt Ngebs Mall

Horrible customer service at Hungry Bt Ngebs Mall. Okay firstly order waiting time is insane. Also you have to wait even though your order is ready cause there is no one to help with collection. All store staff have a stinking attitude. There is only one person at the front incharge for both taking orders and giving them out. This makes the queue to be very long on both sides. When you ask for help they just give you a nasty attitude. I have bought there many times and never have I ever got good service. All staff needs to go back to training and stop acting like they are doing us a favor. Period!
