HL Golden Acre is DISGUSTING
Hungry Lion Golden Acre, this is literally my second time purchasing at Hungry Lion in general. The fist time I was here was when a colleague of mine said I should try that triple sometimes burger that cost R50, even then they never advised me there was a waiting period for the normal fillet, but today it takes the cup.
Firstly there is no order, not to mention their customer service, the cashiers are busy chit chatting about and laughing, whilst the customers were panicking.
We were never told that we were going to wait for the chicken, fillets or whatsoever, because I got here there were already customers who were here before me.
I waited for more than an hour, for a mere 15 piece and a big boss meal, I mean if I waited for more than an hour, what about the poor old women who were even tired from standing.
They didn’t care, no one acknowledged us, no one apologised, I mean if they told me that the waiting time was an hour 30 minutes, I’m pretty sure we would’ve all cancelled our orders.
It is my second and definitely the last time I’m ever purchasing at this store. I don’t even want to try a different branch, I even left before the customers who were there before me, no to mention the people who came long after us and they obviously left before us.
I mean what is the meaning of fast food guys ? Because they don’t obviously know the meaning to it, they are failing at something, we’ll everything and I’m not even interested. I honestly don’t know why people continue to support them. I am so disappointed, frustrated and so furious. I have never in my life encountered such.
