Highly disgusted and lost a customer.!!!!!!

Goodwood mall Branch, we had a very terrible and utterly disgusting experience we sent a complaint email with evidence of the disgusting state the bathroom and branch was in, we were at the branch on the 5th Dec 2025 we sent and email explaining how filthy and unhygienic the branch was, the bathroom was not the cleanist and the floor were so dirty and slippery, then whilst waiting for our meal barring in mind being a pregnant woman and having to see ****roachs running about in the store where food is being made and prepare for customers was rather nauseating, made me utterly sick to the core, when we got our meal we had ordered 2 x triple big boss burger meals and wings, upon getting home to eat our supper the burgers were both off!/sour which had given my husband and myself whilst being pregnant which btw is high risk bad runny stomachs and this was only after having 1 bite of the burger, my Husband immediately had emailed through our Complaint to hungry lion I'm assuming head office with proof of receipt and images of the roaches and the burgers we got.

Then we get a reply saying our case is resolved and a voucher for 1 big bite 2, no bearing in mind we got ill and lost money and had a filthy experience and they have the audacity to send us a lousy big bite 2 x 1 and no apology no asking how our health is after mentioning I am pregnant not even considering that or giving us back the value of our money which was 2 x triple big boss meals and 10 wings from them.

We have even requested to speak to a manager at head office and we were completely ignored up to now. I have warned them I'm going to take this to the media.

Highly disgusted and very filthy and inconsiderate, I feel like making sure a health inspector gets on this case as well. I expect and answer from them and my money back!!!
