Great Service

Yesterday at around 1pm I went to the Parow Centre to buy me a meal and because it was so hot and the branch obvious full because no one wants to make to food - order & rather buy - So i did the same i had a waiting period of 20 min whereby they almost forgot about me - I went to counter told the lady and she went to branch manager and came back apologized for the delay and compensated me for the wait - Thank to the manager and the lovely lady - must say she was pleasant friendly and calmed me down in the heat and thinks on her feet.
