Good food but bad service

I am a huge fan of Hungry Lions burgers and zamba wings to the point where I’m convinced that these are the best to be offered by the fried chicken franchises. But I must say the service at most of their restaurants can easily make one opt now to eat at all than to deal with rude people. I wish the effort put into making delicious burgers can be used to train the staff to treat customers right.
