GET IT RIGHT

I visited the new Hungry Lion outlet in Bay West Mall on two occasions in the last month. The first time my chicken was very undercooked and I took it back. It was replaced but I then decided I wouldn't eat there again. But on Friday 4th of March at my lunch time I went to KFC but there chicken was not ready so I decided to give Hungry Lion a try again to my total disappointment. The chicken was so dried out as if it has<br> d been from the day before and the chips Im sure were also a day old..just warmed up. I ate the below standard food as I had to get back to work. I will never recommend the chicken to anyone and will continue to support KFC in the same Mall even Iif I have to wait. At least their food is fresh and well prepared. Either close the outlet or get the quality of the food improved
