Food poisoning from Hungry Lion food,ended up in hospital,no help from them

I purchased a meal at the Pretoria CBD branch on the 2nd of December.I started vomiting and having nausea and diarrhoea for a couple of days. I took over the counter medication,It did not help and I was taken to hospital due to stomach cramps,headache,vomitting and diarrhoea.I was diagnosed with food poisoning and was helped at the hospital and got better.My 3 kids and helper were also feeling nauseous for a couple of days after we ate Hungry Lion.They drank green tea to flush out their systems.I’m not allowed to drink green tea,Doctor’s orders.They were feeling better after 2 days, but I did not get better.

I lodged a complaint with Hungry lion.They interacted with me. I got my medical bills that I’m expected to pay because my medical aid was exhausted.I informed Hungry Lion and email the hospital documents. I have not heard anything from them since,but I’m expected to pay my medical bills.DO NOT BUY HUNGRY LION if you don’t want to be sick.They also don’t take accountability or try to resolve issues.

I checked online,it seems like I’m not the only one that has gotten food poisoning from Hungry Lion.I am so disappointed,it was my first time trying it out,I was used to Chicken Licken,and I never got ill from food poisoning.I decided to try Hungry Lion this once and I get food poisoning.
