Fast food that’s just slower than a snail

Absolute disaster at Hungry Lion Germiston.

I have been waiting for my order for 1 hour and 30 minutes, with absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service.

The queue is extremely long, orders are taking forever, and the staff seem completely unconcerned about the situation. There is no communication, no apology, and seemingly no effort to get things moving.

This is incredibly disappointing. Customers should not have to wait 1½ hours for a fast-food order while staff show no urgency whatsoever.

Hungry Lion Germiston, this level of service is unacceptable.
