Extreme poor service

Hungry Lion Matatiele Market Centre give beyond poor service, everytime I go there, I wait more than 30min for my food, the one day I waited 45 min for my food with ready made ice cream that was melting up to an extent that it was like milkshake. I am so disappointed in their service. I will tell everyone about their extreme poor service.
