Exceptional Service

I would like to take a moment to compliment one of your customer service agents at hungry lion customer service.

I have made two complaints about the same store within a short space of time, and on both occasions, my complaints were handled by this particular lady YONWABA KATISE I would like to commend her for the outstanding service she consistently provides.

Even during moments when I was frustrated and spoke at length, she remained calm, professional, and respectful. She is an excellent listener, never raises her voice, and always handles situations with patience and understanding. Her attitude has always been positive, and she truly knows how to deal with customers, even in challenging situations.

I believe she is doing a great job and deserves recognition for her professionalism and dedication. Please extend my appreciation and kudos to her.
